At Coursedemy, we strive to provide a satisfactory learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. The following outlines our cancellation and refund policies:

1. Course Cancellation:

  • Self-Paced Courses: You can cancel your purchase of a self-paced course within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed or completed any part of the course. Once the course content has been accessed, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
  • Instructor-Led or Live Courses: Cancellation for instructor-led or live courses is allowed up to 7 days before the course’s start date. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the start date, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for eligible cancellations (as outlined in the section above). To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@coursedemy.org with your order details.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for refunds:
    • Courses that have been accessed or completed.
    • Courses purchased as part of a bundle or special offer.
    • Custom services, one-on-one mentoring, or personalized coaching sessions.

3. Course Rescheduling and Substitutions:

  • If an instructor-led or live course is rescheduled or canceled by Coursedemy, we will offer you the option to attend the course at the rescheduled time or choose another course of equal value. If neither option is suitable, you will be eligible for a full refund.

4. Subscription Services:

  • For courses offered through a subscription model, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Exceptions:

  • In case of special promotions, discounts, or scholarships, specific terms may apply to cancellations and refunds. These will be outlined in the respective promotion’s terms and conditions.

6. How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@coursedemy.org with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email used for purchase
  • Order or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email confirming the refund process.
