14-Day Satisfaction Commitment

We offer a 14-day satisfaction commitment on all individual course purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your course within the first 14 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request the refund within 14 days of your enrollment date
• Have completed less than 30% of the course content
• Not have violated our Terms and Conditions
• Not have previously requested refunds for multiple courses

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Premium Mentorship Program subscriptions (can be cancelled for future months)
• Corporate Training packages (contact us for special circumstances)
• Courses completed beyond 30% of content
• Requests made after the 14-day period

Processing Time

Subscription Cancellations

Premium Mentorship Program subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
